How Did Our Free Little Pantry Come to Be? The Origin Story Behind This Community Project

A little history of our WNSC Pantry. About 6 months ago we were blessed with an introduction to a Non-Profit that collects food and distributes it to organizations like ours. It's been a great help.

Vicky Hartley asked me if I would handle it because of my Food Service/Restaurant background. I mentioned it to my Wife Joy and to our longtime neighbor Lois van Hoyt. She mentioned she had 2 empty freezers and garage space... Guess who was immediately recruited onto our Pantry team? 😉

We try to maintain a good variety of foods for our fabulous Volunteers to use for our Suppers. Please take advantage of this valuable resource. We also help supply the BP Neighborhood Pantry.
